General terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Zyandor services provided through fnador.info. They set out eligibility, user responsibilities, service scope, paid service conditions and dispute resolution. Practical case: when engaging Zyandor for a software licensing review, the terms define deliverables, timelines and payment milestones.
1Eligibility
Use of Zyandor services is limited to businesses, legal representatives and duly authorized individuals acting on behalf of companies and organizations that operate lawfully within jurisdictions we serve. Example: a Malaysian startup seeking contract review services must provide a valid Business ID and authorized signatory details.
Users must be of legal age to enter binding contracts in their jurisdiction. For corporate clients, the authorized representative must be at least 18 years old and able to bind the entity to these Terms.
Services must be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include evading legal obligations, facilitating fraudulent activity or infringing third-party rights. Case scenario: using Zyandor resources to craft deceptive software licensing terms will be rejected and may lead to account suspension.
Certain services may be restricted based on local laws or export controls. Zyandor will inform clients when services cannot be delivered due to jurisdictional restrictions, such as cross-border transfer of regulated personal data without appropriate safeguards.
2Account responsibilities
Accounts allow access to client dashboards, document repositories and communication with Zyandor legal teams. When creating an account, provide complete and accurate company and contact information to ensure proper engagement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
You are responsible for keeping account information current. Example: if a compliance officer changes roles, update account contacts to ensure contract notices and regulatory alerts reach the right person.
Protect account credentials and enable multi-factor authentication where available. Notify Zyandor immediately if you suspect unauthorized access; timely notice helps mitigate breaches and preserve evidence for legal review.
Accounts are non-transferable without Zyandor's written consent. Assignments of services or transfer of obligations require a formal agreement reflecting the change of control and any necessary confirmations.
If you suspect your account was compromised, notify Zyandor via security@fnador.info and follow specified verification procedures. We will work with you to secure the account and review recent activity, while respecting confidentiality and evidentiary needs.
Zyandor may suspend access for suspected security breaches, non-payment or breaches of these Terms. Suspension may be temporary while issues are resolved; example: suspension during an contribute of alleged misuse of legal templates.
3Services and scope
Zyandor provides advisory, contract drafting, compliance audits and dispute support tailored to technology and IT businesses. Each engagement will specify scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Practical approach: we often begin with a diagnostic checklist, followed by a prioritized remediation plan for IP, data protection and commercial terms.
We may modify services or introduce new features; material changes that affect existing engagements will be communicated with reasonable notice and an implementation plan. Example: rollout of a new contract automation module will include migration options for current clients.
Zyandor strives for high availability but does not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur; clients will receive advance notices where possible. For critical legal deadlines, clients should retain local copies of essential documents and confirm delivery of time-sensitive notices.
4User rules
Users must follow rules that protect the integrity of Zyandor services and other clients. These rules are practical and scenario-based to mitigate common risks in legal-technology workflows.
- Use services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms; do not submit content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or exploit security vulnerabilities in Zyandor systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials; do not share access with unauthorized third parties.
- Provide accurate identity and company information during onboarding to enable lawful delivery of services.
- Respect engagement-specific limitations such as scope of legal advice and jurisdictional boundaries.
- Report suspected breaches, misuse or IP infringement promptly to Zyandor security and legal teams.
- Comply with billing and payment terms for paid services to avoid service interruption.
5User content
User content includes documents, communications and data you upload or provide during engagements. Zyandor uses that content to deliver agreed services; we handle it according to our privacy policy and professional obligations.
You retain ownership of user content you submit, subject to any licenses you grant to Zyandor to perform the services. Example: submitting source code snippets for a contract audit does not transfer IP rights to Zyandor.
By submitting content, you grant Zyandor a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, copy and process the material solely to provide the contracted services, including internal review, redaction and storage for recordkeeping.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit content and for removing sensitive details not needed for legal review. Practical tip: redact direct identifiers when sending large data sets unless full context is required.
Requests to remove or return user content will be handled per our retention policy and applicable law. Where preservation is required for compliance or dispute resolution, Zyandor will inform you of retention obligations.
6Intellectual property
Zyandor and its licensors retain intellectual property rights in platform software, templates and methodologies. Client-specific deliverables created under an engagement will reflect ownership and licensing terms set out in the engagement agreement.
- Do not copy, modify or distribute Zyandor proprietary templates outside the scope of your engagement.
- Do not remove or alter intellectual property notices in delivered materials without written consent.
- Requests to reuse Zyandor IP for third-party products require a separate license agreement.
7Paid services and billing
Paid services include fixed-fee projects, subscription plans and hourly advisory work. Each paid engagement will be documented with a scope of work and fees.
Pricing is set in the engagement letter or order form. Examples: a standard SaaS terms review may be offered as a fixed fee, while ongoing compliance retainer services are billed monthly under a subscription.
Payments are due per the invoice schedule. We accept agreed payment methods; late payments may incur interest and could result in suspension of services until settled.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the engagement terms. Cancellation procedures and notice periods will be specified in the subscription agreement.
Refunds, if any, are handled per the engagement agreement and applicable consumer protection rules. Example: partial refunds may be considered for demonstrable non-delivery of agreed deliverables where corrective measures are not accepted.
Clients may cancel paid services subject to any minimum term and notice requirements stated in the engagement. Early termination may trigger outstanding fees related to services already performed.
Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and other governmental charges unless otherwise stated. Zyandor will itemize taxes on invoices where required by law.
Price changes for subscriptions will be communicated in advance with an explanation and effective date; clients usually have the option to renew under the existing terms for the current term.
Non-payment may lead to suspension of access to paid features after notice. Zyandor will provide a grace period and options to resolve disputes about invoiced amounts.
8Disclaimer
Zyandor provides professional legal support and practical compliance advice, but outcomes depend on facts, client cooperation and third-party conduct. Clients are responsible for decisions made based on our advice and should consider local counsel where required.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zyandor's liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Examples and case scenarios illustrating limitations will be included in engagement documents to clarify risk allocation.
10Third-party services
Third-party integrations and referrals are provided for convenience. Zyandor does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their performance. Example: a recommended escrow or payment provider operates under its own terms and liability regime.
11Termination and suspension
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions in the engagement agreement. Termination may be for convenience with notice or for cause in case of material breach.
On termination, outstanding fees become payable and Zyandor will provide reasonable assistance for transition of matters. Confidential materials and client-owned content will be returned or securely deleted in line with the retention policy.
12Privacy and data
We process personal data to deliver services and comply with legal obligations. Our privacy policy describes categories of data processed, purposes, retention periods and your rights. Example: client contact information is retained to meet tax and professional recordkeeping requirements.
13Communications and notices
Notices and communications may be delivered electronically, including email and account notifications. For service-critical notices, we recommend maintaining up-to-date contact points and backup contacts within your organization.
14Changes to terms
Zyandor may update these Terms; material changes that affect existing clients will be communicated with reasonable notice and transitional arrangements where appropriate. Minor updates may be applied immediately to reflect operational or regulatory adjustments.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law to the extent applicable to services provided from Malaysia. Where local law requires otherwise for specific jurisdictions, that law will take precedence for those services.
16Dispute resolution
Disputes should be escalated through our client liaison process with the aim of practical resolution. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation or arbitration as agreed in the engagement agreement, or local courts where required by law.
